Eric Kleinertz is an attorney with a background in patent and trademark prosecution. Eric’s experience in Intellectual Property began in the pro bono legal service provider, Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic. Eric has aided in the prosecution of patents pertaining to medical devices, consumer appliances, agriculture, green energy, computer software, and more.

Prior to Law School, Eric worked with manufacturing and aerospace industry leaders as an industrial machinery broker. After earning the Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law Certificate while studying in Brooklyn Law School, he received his J.D. in 2021. He received his B.S. in Physics in 2016 from New York University where held an executive position in the Society of Physics Students.
