Attorney Craig Uhrich’s principal areas of practice are intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. This includes patent infringement cases involving telecommunications devices, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and liquid crystal displays, as well as non-lethal ammunition, computer chips and protective films.
Craig represented both defendants and plaintiffs in high exposure infringement matters. In addition to intellectual property disputes, Craig worked on significant complex commercial litigation for both international and domestic corporations, litigating cases in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
For seven years prior to graduating from law school, Craig worked as a nuclear engineer for one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. He received his LL.M. in International Legal Studies in 2001 from NYU School of Law, his J.D. magna cum laude in 2000 from University of Houston Law Center, his B.A. in Nuclear Engineering in 1992 from Kansas State University and his M.B.A. in Business Administration in 1999 from University of Houston-Victoria.
