Erik Dykema



Erik focuses on patent litigation and trademark matters. Mr. Dykema’s experience spans a variety of technologies including medical devices, computer operating systems, software engineering, network and data communication, electronics and microcontrollers.

He has represented clients in a wide array of matters, including patent and trademark litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, company formation, confidentiality agreements, and commercial agreements.

Erik has extensive experience counseling clients, managing discovery, interviewing witnesses, preparing witnesses for deposition, and drafting claim construction contentions and briefs in connection with the litigation and enforcement of patent, copyright, and trademark rights in a wide range of industries including medical devices, cellular communications, defense systems, microelectronics, CMOS image sensors, embedded systems, social networking, image recognition, speech recognition, operating systems, virtual machines, DNA sequencing, fiber optics, signal processing, telecommunications, and cosmetic products.
