Eric Kleinertz

Law Clerk


Eric Kleinertz is a law clerk with experience in patent and trademark prosecution. Eric has aided in the prosecution of patents pertaining to medical devices, consumer appliances, agriculture, green energy, computer software, and more.

Eric’s experience in Intellectual Property began in the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to startup technology companies. Also during Eric’s career at Brooklyn Law School, Eric excelled in a wide array of Intellectual Property coursework, earning him the Intellectual Property, Media & Information Law Certificate.

Before embracing the world of Patent Law, Eric was already immersed in science and technology. During Eric’s time at New York University, he completed courses ranging from Quantum Mechanics to Computational Physics and held an executive position in the Society of Physics Students. Eric has also worked with manufacturing and aerospace industry leaders during his time with an industrial machinery broker.
