Andrew D. Bochner



Andrew Bochner is an intellectual property attorney with experience advising growth-stage and mature companies on all aspects of intellectual property, across a wide variety of technologies. With experience in patent, copyright and trademark litigation, procurement, and licensing, Andrew focuses on development, protection and monetization of patent, copyright and trademark portfolios, strategic licensing, commercial agreements, diligence, and enforcement strategies. He has represented clients in numerous actions in U.S. courts, administrative proceedings, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Andrew is particularly adept at patent portfolio development and strategic licensing, and assists clients in developing IP strategies that fit their companies. Andrew’s experience covers numerous technologies, including, pharmaceuticals, implants, medical devices, biotechnology, optics, mechanical devices and software. Andrew has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Intellectual Property, and guest lectures on intellectual property to college and graduate students. He received his J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, and his biology degree from Yeshiva University.
